THE COMMON MURDERS

The Common Murders

Author S J Ridgway

Thomas hears voices compelling him to murder women with auburn hair. After mutilating each victim, he deliberately leaves physical evidence at the scenes.
Superintendent Cadema Sharma, Senior Investigation Officer in the London Metropolitan Police Service, is on a mission to search for the serial killer of five young women. Despite her misogynistic boss, and the chief inspector on her team who continually undermines her authority, she remains professional and tenacious in her pursuit of justice.
But each enquiry leads to a dead end. DNA left at the crime scenes, is useless. Every suspect throws up more questions than answers. One victim has blonde hair. An intended victim whispers the name Thomas, but later denies having said this. Being pulled in too many directions, Cadema must focus the only suspect she has; none are known by this name.
Who is the perpetrator? What is his motive? Cadema needs answers now, before any more murders are committed.
